Eccentric three-stage slow-closing butterfly valve is a new type of check valve developed by our company on the basis of butterfly valve and the same type of check valve, which can realize three-stage closing.

Working principle

When the pump is started, the valve plate is driven by the pressure of the medium to drive the valve shaft to rotate, driving the connecting rod to realize the quick opening of the valve plate 0~60 degrees along the idle stroke guide groove on the piston material. After the connecting rod walks through the guide groove, it is still pushed by the medium, and then the piston rod extends out, making the valve plate perform the 60~90 degree range of patchwork and slow opening stage, and the valve opening. When the pump is stopped, the valve plate is driven by the pressure of the return medium to drive the valve shaft to rotate, and the connecting rod rotates quickly along the idle stroke guide groove on the piston pestle to realize the quick closing of the valve. After the connecting rod walks through the guide groove, it is subjected to the damping effect of the hydraulic cylinder 0~30 ° range) to realize the slow closing and slow closing of the valve plate.

 

Scope of application

Can be used in water, sewage, seawater and other media for the drainage pipeline, installed in the pump outlet, used to cut the backflow of the medium, to protect the safe operation of the pipeline, pump.
