Overview

Structural features

1. High and low pressure trace exhaust and low pressure mass suction exhaust function: meet the requirements of initial water filling and exhaust and normal operation of the pipeline, and prevent the cut-off from bridging the water hammer.
2. High-speed exhaust capacity: No matter how fast the air flow is when filling water, the bottom and middle float balls will not close the valve in advance. When the water filling flow rate is too fast, the top float ball can reliably close the main exhaust hole, and exhaust at high speed through the conversion small exhaust hole on the top float ball, so as to maintain the appropriate water filling back pressure and flow rate.
3. Micro exhaust orifice area: ≥ φ1.6mm orifice area to ensure timely removal of accumulated air, saving operating costs and improving energy saving efficiency.
4. Quick opening and slow closing function: It has the ability to quickly inhale a large amount of air at a high speed to break the vacuum when negative pressure occurs in a pipeline accident, so as to prevent the generation of negative pressure; When the water column is bridged, it is quickly converted into small exhaust holes and micro-exhaust to ensure high suction and micro-exhaust when the water column is separated and bridged, and most air bags are intercepted to absorb buffer water hammer and boost.

Application Scenarios

The high-speed intake and exhaust valves of the waterproof hammer are usually installed in the local high points of the water pump outlet pipe, the long-distance water pipeline, the long horizontal section, the long uphill section, the long downhill section, the end of the horizontal section, etc. Before installation, it is necessary to check and remove the debris in the main body, and install a gate valve before the exhaust valve for maintenance. If it is installed outdoors, it is necessary to pay attention to heat preservation to prevent the water in the valve from freezing or freezing the valve. If the pipeline where the exhaust valve is located sends water frequently, it is recommended to install a buffer valve before the exhaust valve.
